Cut it out. If either chuck or Howard can cover boozer, and get rebounds well, yao will be the one to defend okur. Don't say okur is too faster for yao to cover, it is just not true.

WHAT?!?!? When Chuck got looks he stopped Boozer, and no way is Yao going to be effective on the perimiter which is where Okur hangs out. Simply put, it was a horrible match up for the Rockets.

Okur is slower than Boozer, but Okur getting the ball behind the 3-point line is an even worse matchup for Yao to defend. I have no problem with the way Yao defended in the playoffs, he did his best and forced Boozers to shoot jumpers mostly. When you have a traditional big man going up against that offense, this is what typically happens. I do think that JVG should've used a little more of a zone but Utah as a team is too good a shooting so that might've hurt us as well.

What you need to do if you're Yao is bang inside and take advantage of the mis-match you cause on the other end. Yao 10 ft from the basket should've being a heck of a lot more effecient than Boozers 18-ft. Unfortunately, Yao was off for the series and Boozer got uber hot. Just bad luck imo.

Hayes 'deserves' around 3-4 million. He was the sole reason why we got to a Game 7 (7 offensive rebounds in 6) and I like him as a hustling PF.
