    Tracy,

Please listen to Adelman and Morey when they tell you that regardless of how you feel, you still are making POOR POOR DECISIONS. Von Wafer outplayed you today: he went to the rack. It took about 1 1/2 quarters for your ball-holding to stagnate the offense back down to its pre-Adelman days, but sure enough you got your wish of having to show up big in the last minute by coughing up a big lead via your patented hold-on-to-the-ball offense.

And plz don't listen to the fans here jumping on your jock. You need to get better, you know you need to get better, and you're not going to get better with people praising you all the time. So suck it up and show up tomorrow. And RUN THE DAMN OFFENSE regardless of the situation! Please. The time for ISO basketball is when you are sitting in the hotel after the game and you have an XBOX controller in your hand.

I thought he had an average game, overall. His first half was much better than the second. I didn't get the impression of "full throttle" effort from start to finish. He had a few defensive lapses, settled for some bad outside shots and walked up the court several times. There wasn't a lot of movement off the ball as usual. When he didn't have the ball, he spent most of his time either standing at the 3pt line or posting up. He didn't attack the basket much as evidenced by the 2 FTAs.

    Dear Tracy,

just use some cliches and say as little as possible. On the court, lift your chin and smile. Do whatever possible for your team to win.
Ask Adelman to reveal gameplans to public, cause we sure as hell don't know what he's doing. We don't need to know everything, just some consistency..
Oh and tell him WE WANT MUTOMBO!

    Dear Tracy,

It's me. The guy during the All-Star break in '05 who yelled really loud and got you to sign his picture of you dunking all over Shawn Bradley.

Please continue saying the word "man" before, after, and in the middle of every sentence.

Also, I think you should mix it up, as Evil Empire said. Please Tracy, mix it up good. Mixing it up is severely underrated.

Also, I like the new leg sleeve. Make sure you let everybody know that is the hurt leg. I mean, if someone hasn't been watching the Rockets this year because they were out of the country or working a lot or something, how would they know that your knee is having problems? You should probably put your shoulder pads back on just in case.

If you have any questions, please drop me a line through the board.

    See ya around, buddy.

    Dear TMac,

Bring it! Every game, just bring it. Leave it all on the court. If you do, with the improving players that are developing in the team's midst, you will never have a better chance to see the second round and beyond. Bring it!

    Dear T-mac,

I was disappointed that you missed the 3 at the end of the game.
Here are some videos of how a Rocket should shoot a 3 in a clutch situation vs the Knicks.

    Dear Tracy,

Von Wafer gets paid $797,581 per year. You Tracy get paid $20,370,437 per year. Can you please tell me why in the hell we are paying this poor guy pennies for his play time when he does more in a game and in less time then you do?
