A win tonight could turn this complete failure of a season into a possible tourney run. I stopped watching towards the end of Feb because I was so bummed out by them. Decided to watch the KU game as long as it was competitive... Pleasant surprise!
I can't decide what I'm more frustrated by....Baylor hoops or being sick on March 14. Is there any player more useless than Heslip? Holy hell...you're a spot up shooter...that's it...no other facet to your game...and you can't hit a damn 3 pointer to save your life. Baylor is 0/9 on 3 pointers right now...totally sweet.
Yea, I made a comment back in December about needing Heslip to shoot like he did last year for us to have any success. Without him, there's no consistent way for us to stretch out the opposing defense. The drop in his game seems inexplicable. To completely 180 from one of the nations top shooters, to one of the nations worst in the exact same backcourt as the previous season...
Best part about potentially (probably) losing tonight?? I won't have to see these dumbass uniforms anymore
That was absolutely horsecrap, the big 12 should be embarrassed for letting that happen. The announcers were shocked.
Wow the two losses at Ok State and the home loss against Kansas State were as brutal as it gets. Edit: I think Baylor easily gets to the second round in the tourney with the way they're playing right now. Let's see if we get left out.
I don't think theres anyway we get in but it was awfully nice of Ford to lobby the NCAA to put us over in his post game interview. Drew did make a good point saying that not a lot of teams have won at Kentucky and blown out Kansas in the same season.
This makes me sick to my stomach <iframe width="560" height="315" src="http://www.youtube.com/embed/hhRxpPJNRBo" frameborder="0" allowfullscreen></iframe>
Baylor is up by close to 50 now vs the Beach in Waco, man this team could do some damage in the tourney, shame we underperformed during the season.
Ya like I mentioned, I think we would have made the round of 32 for sure. Here's to Austin returning next season although we need someone to replace Jackson's play-making abilities.
As disappointing as it was to miss the tourney, these last few games have been a lot of fun. I really want to see Pierre leave on a high note. Good luck to my Bears tonight. Sic 'Em!!!!! PS - Please come back next year Isaiah. It's best for all of us
