im starting to lean towards no pardon since no need.
    what is the pardon for?

trump wont want that and will want to fight it due to legacy.

he can have his ear on ground to his other legal stuff and when gets hot jump a jet to uae or russia..
    why leave?
    pardon for what?
    whats the charge?
biden wont go for it anyway

accepting pardon is accepting some guilt..
you REALLY think trump is going to get charged with anything or any meaningful jail?
    yeah right

I would still do it. Anything that damages him and anything that keeps him from running from office again. His life needs to be as miserable as possible.

my point is he isnt going to ask for one..that would mean he has to resign and bring in pence...but again i ask - pardon for what?

hes an asshole i hate him but what is the charge?
if he gets ny charges big whoop he either gets off, pleas out, or flees to russia uae later when needed..pardon covers him for phantom charges he doesnt have..uae russia is way later if sh*it hits fan at that time. he will get nothing.

unless he has nasty stuff coming and he knows.

I think Biden should make the offer for any crimes Trump committed while he was in office. Trump should be held accountable for any crimes committed before or after he was president.

Completely agree. Need to investigate everything and anyone that may have done wrong doing. Bring it to light, expose it, punish strongly.

We can’t have this happen again. We fought a war to break away from tyranny...we do not need to fall back under one.

A pardon won't help him with the Southern District of NY

right that will wipe it all off ..and escape if ny gets hot...he doesnt need a pardon anyway unless charges and if has deal there wont be charges. .they are negotiating clean move on..trump accepts being quiet play along.

again what are the charges? no one will investigate anyway if he has immunity.
also this protects biden in future "integrity of the office"

biden will want to move on too

Ex-presidents don't go to jail. I think he'll get pardons or immunity or something like that in exchange for a smooth transition and other favors.

May be nothing...may be things that any president would do with his power.

However, a man doesn’t ask for a pardon or immunity on the way out unless they know they’ve done wrong. If need be, and evidence is found of wrongdoing, investigations need to happen and charges, if necessary, need to be filed.

Let's not talk about pardoning trump. If trump wants to resign and he can get Pence to pardon him, like Ford pardoned Nixon, it can be done that way. President Joe Biden pardoning trump? No. I'm totally against it. Besides, trump claims he's perfect and has never been guilty of any sort of crime, ever. Let him prove it when he leaves office.

10 charges of Obstruction of Justice and Perjury from the Mueller Report.

    Extortion from the Impeachment Investigation.

Trump certainly self dealt and funneled monies to his businesses.

I am sure that the above is only the tip of the iceberg.

he’s needs to be investigated fully, prosecuted, and then thrown in jail

I agree with this video 100%

u do not pardon someone who tried to destroy democracy...it simply can not happen

if Democrats pardon Trump, they are a joke and an embarrassment...they are soft and weak

lock this fascist up and send a clear and direct message to anyone who even thinks about trying this bullsh*t again

    LOCK HIM UP
