I'm not sure. He's going to keep a lot of the Adelman offense and he's said that offense is an innate ability while defense can be learned (seeming to favor good offensive players), but he's also been insistent that he'll demand defensive accountability and he also makes no illusions that we can be a good defensive team without a big guy protecting the paint. So far he talks a balanced game, but we'll see. This is a good article from the Chron about his philosophy.
