    "Why do Refs hate China?"

"Don't punish Yao because he is tall"

    "Free Yao Ming"

"Flopping is for soccer, not basketball"

So your saying would should use racism as a means to an end? That would be the most classless thing I can imagine. I wouldn't even expect that from a Jazz fan, and most definitely not a Rox fan. There are certainly other ways of getting your point across.

Management, players, and coaches have all tried the traditional route, maybe it's time for something different...

How about handing out Yellow Cards to the fans so when players flop the fans all stand up and pull out Yellow cards like soccer refs.

    Like what other ways?...

I believe the Rox has spend a lot of time, professional personel, and money to try to solve the issue, but so far, I don't see any result...

I say that our media should write a story on it.
I know, some might consider accusations of racism by refs, as Irresponsible journalism, but it has to be done. They can have the cheesy yet entertaining headline like, " race relations with yao take a slide"

Come on feigen, what's the chronicle going to do? fire you? do it! :)

I like this idea. I don't think the referee discriminates Chinese, but this is the only way to draws the attention - and a lot attention I believe. Those who can go to the home game please do this.

This is a bright idea.

Make sure you add "Flopping is for soccer, not basketball" or "Free Yao"

Come on Red Rowdies let's make some "REAL" noise.

Oh that would be awesome. Everyone should print them up and hand them out to fans at the ToyBox. Not everyone would do it, but enough would to make the point.

Interesting study. I wonder if American player who play in the Chinese Basketball Association in China the European League have to battle through the same referee biases. They should expand their study to also include Olympic and other international games.

DD could you make one of your fantastic video presentations on how unfairly Yao is officiated and then post it on youtube and send it to the NBA office?

PS. DD please leave anything about race out. I would not want that to cloud the issue.

I am not convinced if race has too much to do with it. But some refs did allow the defenders to abuse Yao and no call.

I don't like Mark Cuban. But I admire his love to his team and spend time away from counting money to make tape to help his team and made it publicly and not worry the punishment (NBA fine) to himself. Only do it publicly will get media attention and have effect on it.

On business term: " you want spend a little maintainace fee( NBA fine) to protect your player from abuse, so he can player more years, and make more money for your. Since you already invest so much money on the marketing (you know where)"
