I just don't see how both of them AND Isaiah Thomas can coexist.

We would have our MLE, BAE, veteran minimum to fill our PF spot, plus Motiejunas and Covington. We could also trade Lin's TPE plus a pick for a player like Ilyasova.

With our MLE, Humphries seems like the best available as well.

Once again, Jones, picks, Capela&Johnson is a weak package for a 24 year old all star caliber player, we'd be kissing there ass for them to take that deal. You can't just think we could just choose to hold out assets in any deal for Bledsoe or Dragic. They can have anything they want from besides Howard, Harden and Ariza, even then it would be a very tough sell.

I think DMo, Nick Johnson, and Pelicans 2015 pick for Bledsoe is the most I like Morey offering. It is a fair return for Phoenix, considering they just signed Isaiah Thomas. TJones is too valuable.

Exactly. Everyone thought Parsons was going to get matched.

That's not for us to worry about.

The suns having a log jam in the middle of the off season doesn't make their young all star caliber PG's any less valuable.

    Motiejunas is a prospect/scrub
Johnson is a second round pick
Pelicans pick will be a late lotto pick

Why would they want to get rid of a young all star caliber PG for that junk? They can get Lance Stephenson or somebody actually valuable in return. Don't forget they are trying to make the playoff's.

I'd love to get him. Maybe we can sign him to a short-term high $ deal.

2yrs 24mil... Would if they match then Dragic probably becomes availible.

Wish we could get Bledsoe or Dragic but it's not happening. Neither are the big swing that the FO is looking for so we will stay in our 5-7 slot in the west until we can get a 3rd star.

Probably not. But according to the Rocket's mouthpiece, neither is Les nor Morey.

Dude, if we could get Bledsoe, but Morey and Les wouldn't be willing to pay him that would be ****ed up.

I mean Bledsoe is basically putting up Parsons numbers at the PG position, 18 points, 5.5 boards, 4.5 assist, 1.5 steals shooting 48/36/77%. Except on huge difference is Bledsoe plays great defense unlike Parsons. I would feel comfortable giving Bledsoe the max, he is a much better overall player then Hayward and Parsons (neither play good D).

Bledsoe, Beverley, Ariza would also solve all of our perimeter defensive problems, all we would have to do is find a post and pick & roll defender and this team would be set.

Could we possibly offer Bledsoe a poison pill contract that will make Phoenix afraid to max?

I agree that I'd take this away as a positive to get Bledsoe or even Dragic but the FO is writing this season off. Small contracts and sell more jerseys is their goal for 14/15.

Durant or bust should be Morey's bumper sticker.
