Screw all the T-Mac haters! It'd be cool to have him back for at least one final year, and if yall really worried that he'll be a bad influence, don't be stupid. Maybe not this season, but IF the young guys turn out to be a relevant team, it'd be nice to bring the Mac back for one final fling.

seriously, this is the kind of thing that should be ban worthy. this is a completely worthless thread. Asking to bring someone who isnt even a rotational player anymore, bc he had a few good years here. D12 fan, you do know that T-mac completely embodies everything that could have been as a Rockets fan right? There is no one that would remind Rockets fans of disappointment more than T-mac. I loved T-mac while he was here and healthy, but there is no point in bringing in a player of his caliber, and at his age. Given history, and ability, T-mac is literally the worst player possible to add to this roster. that's not an exaggeration.
^I don't want Tmac for his talent,everybody knows Tmac is done as a star player,I just wanted to bring him back in a mentor role for the young guys.Tmac gave his all for the Rockets guy played on bad knees and a bad back for our team,why not be loyal and give him a spot on the roster.It wouldn't hurt the team,he doesn't have to play 30+ minutes a game.
He burned too many bridges, no way any1 in their right mind in the Rockets organisation and among fans should want him back. Don't you remember how he shafted us? By the way, can you imagine T-mac and Mchale, that is going to end very quickly
Sure the years with Tmac were dissapointing, but nobody talks bad about Yao, who also got injured alot. It wasn't T-Mac's fault the Rockets couldn't get passed the 1st round until 2009, just like it wasn't Ralph Sampson's, Bernard King's or Bill Walton's fault they got injured and had their careers cut short. You can't say T-Mac didn't work his heart out for us, or 13 in 33 would never have happened. Rockets fans get the shaft from the rest of the league for being disloyal and booing McGrady, and that pisses me off.

You got it from a game where he was probably too injured to really give a good effort, in '09 when he was out for the season but was pressured from the staff or fans to keep playing. Nice try.
