We were knocked out weeks ago. The team that beat us swept their next opponent. For you to make this post today I can only tell you one thing: LET IT GO I’m learning that there is this idea on this forum that if you’re hurting more than others for the Rockets’ loss, then you’re a more devoted fan. That notion is not true. For the most part, the hurt is more a reflection on the life you live and how you live it, not how much of a true fan you are.

This one time we were playing ultimate, went after a loooong pass for the score....jumped up, I’m pretty sure I even remember momentarily making a highlight snag! Well, competitive and full of it, my friend who easily doubled my weight at the time absolutely crushed me mid air. I mean, the kind of mauling that makes entire football stadiums go “oooooffff!” Even on replays... well, I woke up with everyone circled around me looking concerned. Make no mistake, I was fine. Rested even lol...I mean I had definitely been unconscious for a minute or two but other than a little headache I was good to go. My gf at the time was crying I was like what the hell happened? They all were so relieved I was sitting up and talking, apparently they just thought I had broken my neck. Plus he felt so bad that he bought me a hamburger.
