Lin has more upside being younger. Sessions and Watson has been in the league a few years and have been mostly average.

Just pray Lin doesn't suffer another injury. At the rate his body heals, any injury = season ending injury.

Lin stinks. Knicks should have matched and saved us from ourselves.

When I said "shooting slump", I wasn't just talking about jump shooting. Look, from 3/11/11 to 3/18/11, Rajon Rondo shot 24.4% (10/41) from the field: 3/9 near the rim and 2/12 from 3 to 9 ft. It happens.

People need to quit with the conspiracy theories about his knee. Every knee injury is totally different not everybody recovers the same. And nobody knows what surgery he had on his knee beside Lin, his doctor and the Rockets. I suffered a concussion & I was out for a year, a friend suffered a concussion and was back playing contact sports in 3 weeks. Check Jason Friedmans timeline he adressed the situation with one anxious fan.

I agree. But it essentially came down to either 2 things:

    A) Keep Lowry and let him work things out w/ the coach

    B) Resign Dragic and grant him that option he wanted slightly overpayin him

After they traded Lowry for peanuts they could've either overpaid Dragic or overpaid Jeremy Lin. Very simple. They chose to overpay Lin, the less talented option and coming off a injury. After letting Dragic walk they put themselves in a terrible predicament they cam only take full responsibility for. They clearly dropped the ball

Felton has outplayed Lin in the pre-season as well and he's quoted as saying he is in the best shape in his career. It's only the pre-season and I want to see Lin do well but as of right now the Knicks made the right decison in passing on Lin and getting Felton back.

Okay. Please don't talk about Felton. If you knew anything about him you would know that he is fools gold to the extreme. I have been watching Felton since Charlotte & Feltons level of play is Lin's floor. And every player says they are in the best shape of their career every season doesn't change the fact that he can't do the ONE thing that is necessary to being a good athlete staying in shape in the offseason. I am sure Lamar Odom said the same.

Let the season begin. Pre-season is just to get on the floor and get the key in the ignition.

35yo rookie Pablo has looked better than Felton.

I'm not saying I agree that Lin is/has been our worst starter, but Derek Fisher was a starter for the Lakers. He was NOT the reason they were such a good team and probably their worst starter.

Those were two totally different situations have to put it in context. Really can't compare. McHale said it himself that he is the quarterback of this team. He is directing the offense. For example, I was a fan of the Nash Amare duo in Pheonix. Amare got frequently raked over the coals for the Suns being a terrible defensive team as he was playing center. Rondo is also called overrated by some because he constantly leads a poor offense. If your team is running a really good offense & you are playing a pretty big part in quarterbacking that offense then you deserve some credit as the floor general know?

Give him till the all star break before you judge him. This will take time to heal the knee. I think it took Chris Paul 6 months to fully comeback and Lin will need the same amount of time.

    And playing more minutes...

But Felton is good as Lin is good too.

All this talk is a lost of time...

Seriously, don't these people realize how ridiculous they look?

And people who would follow Lin over here and open accounts just so they can dump on him, who is now playing for a team that is not theirs, must be leading sad, little, empty lives.

Yet posters like that seem to be more welcomed here by some than those who follow Lin here so they can root for him and his new team.

Go figure. Must be part of that "real fan" mentality. I just hope to never turn into a "real fan." :p

Lin is also getting hammered inside, but not getting calls. Bumps tend to make you miss a bit

You are a "real fan". And don't let anyone tell you otherwise, after all your and only your opinion is what matters. Who really cares what others think.
