    The dirtiest Spurs players are Bowen and Ginobili. Mills is dirty in a pesky way. I can't think of any other Spurs who I can call dirty.

    Zaza is dirty. Draymond is dirty. Blake Griffin is dirty. TBH, CP3 used to be dirty too. I am not sure you can accuse any coach for explicitly telling players to do dirty things on court, except Jerry Sloan. Some teams just have dirty players.

    As for tanking to get Duncan, I wouldn't throw rocks in a glass house. The Rockets tanked two years in a row to get the Twin Towers. In fact, that was the reason the NBA started the lottery system in an attempt to fix tanking like that.
