My guess is the QB change is one final test for Pep Hamilton to see if he can turn chicken **** into chicken salad

I’m pretty disappointed in Pep, I thought he would be doing more

Don’t agree with the switch. The time to make the switch was several weeks ago.

But with our crap run defense, it won’t matter anyway

Hard to "do" anything when your QB misses a crap-ton of reads and is inaccurate.

This is his 5th year in the league. Considering that his college career was kind of a train wreck, and then he went undrafted, he’s done pretty well just to still be playing in the NFL. He has some talent, that’s for sure.

Sadly, how does ANY quarterback have any success with this team? I was really hoping the Texans could surround Mills with enough talent so that we could really see what he could do. We have a running back, but that’s about it.

I think this is a Casero move. Mills hasn't turned any corners and starting Allen against MIA isn't going to get us a miracle win. This way we see Pep's offense with a little more seasoned QB, but against a hot team that even if he goes Geno or Jim Plunkett on the Dolphins it won't hurt our draft position.

Should have let mills play 3 more games to secure that #1 then throw Allen out there

Lol at being worried about wins with a scrub being benched for another scrub on a shitty team from top to bottom

Anyone else worried Allen is gonna **** around and win us out of the #1 pick? Like I’m not saying be good or a qb of the future, but 2 wins and we’re right back in a mosh pit of crappy teams…

Davis Mills was so bad David Shaw had to step down /s

Maybe Pep could take his place?
