    Better have something nice going on inside because from here it's the worst looking house in the photo. Looks like a 1980s motel. And if he bought it for $15 million a decade ago and listed for $16.4 that's like a $300k house selling for $328k. 1% a year over 10 years is not very proud use of $15 million bucks. And obviously he couldn't get that, so he's raising the price to try and get offers close to it. Ouch.

    My bet is that Les bought the place and did no renovations.
    He bought it for investment only so he can sell it.

    Either that or Les just likes ugly decor like how made the great red/yellow Rockets into Flying Dildo with pinstripes
