    at what point do the "amenities" go to a wash? How much more can you really enjoy a 7th bedroom? I'd rather live in a cozy place.

    I live in the ft. laud/mia area. Those houses in miami beach are ridiculously over-priced.

    The design of the house looks familiar. I seem to recall a Miami Vice episode set at an house that looked like this one.

    It's nice, but there is no land around it. Notice that there are houses that are so close neighbors can easily look into his housing and yard areas -- there is no privacy. Of course, he does like people watching him.

    Frankly, the house is cold, the architecture lazy, and the layout choppy. Not impressed. Don't get me wrong, it has some nice amenities, but it's poorly done. LeBron's lacks taste much like he lacks common sense.

    Haha I thought the same thing. I've been watching Miami Vice reruns and saw that episode a few weeks ago.

    Anyways, sounds like it's in line with the Miami market. Location, location, location. People hating on it like typical internet posters who wouldn't sleep with supermodels.
