Since he's making the announcement tomorrow, the day when free agents can actually sign, he's probably going to sign the papers live on the special. So wherever he's located tomorrow will be where he signs (unless he's in Bristol at ESPN itself, of course...) BTW, you gotta be kidding me: http://twitpic.com/237zot
I've kind of not really cared about the way these guys have gone about their business this offseason, but this press conference thing with the LeBron not telling said team until right before is line for me.
I agree this is silly. Just announce your decision if you've made it. I can imagine he's calling Wade and Bosh right now "Ay...Hey! Man I got all these fools waiting on my announcement.....Yeah man....I know funny right?....."
Eh, he hasn't been as bad as Bosh. It's a big moment in his career, it's fine that he wants to soak it up and have his announcement be a big deal. Beats Favre in my book.
I think they're all a bunch of gasbags, LeDiva, Bosh, Favre, Clemens, all of them. How about a little humility. .
Im not sure Favre ever announced what team he was going to go to before the team even knew it.... like last year could you imagine him calling a press conference being like "and im going to.... Minnesota this year." "Go ahead and call them and let them know Im coming." Im pretty sure Minnesota knew more than five minutes ahead of time that he was coming.
Is it him or us? Has it been him reading and posting every article found on LeBron, Wade, or Bosh's destinations or us? Of course he's going to milk this for what its worth. When in the history of the NBA has this ever happened and the three top players could end up on the same team? I'm growing weary of this as well but this is good pub and of course has gotten everyone's attention. I'd like anyone here to say they really are NOT going to be watching come Thursday. And following on Clutchfans doesn't count.
If not those cities and if it's not cleveland, he has to be involved in a S&T and cleveland has to agree with it. If Cleveland is willing to do S&T, it's probably a western conference team with assets attractive to Cleveland. And that also means after trading away valuable pieces, that team should still have enough talent/pieces because Lebron wants to win instantly. I can't think of any team other than our very own Rockets...
