Every athlete has some haters. But LeBron is acting like an innocent spoiled princess that no one on the world is supposed to hate him.

Tweet back some haters? It's childish and idiotic. Does it make the haters love him?

Durant will be too busy winning games and have no time to hate haters on tweeter.

I'll preface by saying I have never been a huge fan of Lebron as a basketball player, and I really had a disliking for the Cavs.
But in a small way I'm pulling for him in Miami. Never give a guy more motivation...and pain and hate have been known to motivate. I for one, don't give a fck that he left depressing Cleveland. I also don't care about the fashion in which he did so, or that he may be a big attention w****.
The guy is over dramatic at times, sure, but because he made a life choice people feel they can call him racial slurs? Not to say I'm surprised, isn't this how most Americans expresses their anger? Rhetorical.

    Oh....and Go Rockets.

I'm guessing you missed Durant's infamous tweet when he told a hater to get Kobe 's balls out his mouth.

Everyone on this thread would have done the same thing LeBron did.

Get a chance to work with your friends making the best team in the NBA, working to reach a championship.

It's a no brainer. Haters are just fearful or the potential domination.

I can think of no logical reason LeBron would bait ignorant people on Twitter and invite the hatred.

It's hard to believe he was one of my favorite players until this summer. I keep wanting to like the Heat (and to a lesser extent, LeBron) in defiance of the general consensus out there, but LeBron makes it hard. I wonder how much he's going to "flap his jaws" (verbally or on the internet) during the season.

With the way contract's worked they really couldn't.

Plus, They weren't friends. Blame USA Basketball for making Lebron & Co. buddies.

Can't people like you understand it's the JERKY WAY LeBron announced his decision on TV well after signing could begin that has a lot to do with it? Sure there are people who would have hated LeBron if he had given all his money to charity. But a large chunk of folks are just put off by his immaturity and ignorance.

Count me in the second group. I defended LeBron last season against many here until I got tired of it. I also have no problem at all with him signing with the Heat and do not question his motives whatsoever. But his behavior this summer, including this latest Twitter stupidity, has reversed my opinion.

When were any of those guys in the same situation as free agents? Never.

I agree with all the Lebron hate in this thread, especially those calling him a p****. The guy is a professional athlete who exercised his rights as a free agent to change teams and play with his best friends in the league. He clearly deserves to be called n***** and told to die by angered fans.

First and foremost, some of you act like athletes don't get called racial slurs on a daily basis... If you were to go twitter hunting on some of the most hated athletes, you'd find racial slurs. It's an everyday thing.

I don't really care about that though. It's the fact that he has to act like a diva about it. There's a lot of those re-tweets that he deleted. But he's clearly acting like a child. He could've certainly motivated himself just by reading the tweets.. he didn't have to re-tweet them. It's pathetic.

If you're following him on twitter for these tweets than you make no sense. And you should probably join the other guys on the hate parade.

So many haters in the world, can't we all just get along?

I don't love LeBron, but I really have no reason to HATE him. Hatred for others gives you no time to love yourself, just do you.

Durant has responded to haters on his twitter more than LeBron has.

Have you ever responded to someone making a negative comment about you?

Why? Because he's a great ball player, and he left the cavs in a bad way? He deserves to be called a big lipped, big nose n-word? No he doesnt...hes a fantastic player and you deserve some hate because youre the worst kind of fan, you hate on him for the dumbest reasons, I like Lebron because he is amazing on the court, i dont care how he left them, he doesnt deserve to have racial slurrs thrown his way...
