LeBron James opts out of contract, will become unrestricted free agent.

LeBron James is giving the Lakers more time to make the moves they need to make, rather than have than have the Spurs having all the leverage.

LeBron James was never coming to the Rockets.

It will still be interesting to see how it all plays out. We could see this draw out for awhile while the Lakers try to line up the pieces.
