    the flu shots are "dead" vaccines - meaning there isn't any flu in there to catch flu from

    the flu mist vaccine - are "live" and so yes you can develop some side effects from those...

    Probably builds up an immunity to a lot of things doing that.

    Hey on a side note....anyone here watched the Cavs play this year?
    I have not had the chance to catch any of their games yet. Are they for real?

    I just read on the nba front page that they are closer to the spurs now. But jefferson and manu did not play and they still won the game. Is the cavs better than last year or are they still pretty much the same. I know LBJ is a great player, but i really dislike the guy for the simple fact that everyone is basically kissing his ass right now and feel he is the best thing since sliced bread. I really don't want them to win. I prefer to see the magic win this year.
