Agree with this. Honestly I think the MVP for the last 2 decades should have just belonged to 3 people: Duncan, Nash(prime Nash in PHX) and LBJ.

Any irrelevant chance to swipe Tracy huh?

You got it bad, you should get some therapy for that.

Oh yeah forgot about Shaq. But its hard to say when Shaq was the best since he always got "injured" midseason and then only come to play in the playoffs.

Shaq was undeniably the most dominant force in the NBA by a longshot during their threepeat.

In his MVP season, Shaq played 79 games at 40 mpg and averaged 30/14/4. He got more injury-prone a couple seasons later but he definitely deserved the award that season (1999-2000, where the Lakers won 67 games and the championship), and probably deserved a couple more in his career.

Alot of people get winning the MVP mixed up with being the best player in the world. Yes Stephen Curry was by far the most valuable player during the NBA regular season, everyone just assumed that he was better. Lebron was coming to a new team with gigantic expectations, so of course things were a bit rocky compared to how Golden State made the NBA look easy.

He's been the best player for at least 8 years imo, honestly every MVP should've gone to him. It's not even like Jordan where you had great other superstars with deserving and legendary seasons (Hakeem, Robinson, Barkley, ....). Sure, guys like Nowitzki, Curry and KD had superb seasons, but none of the other players even came close to what LeBron is consistently doing on both ends and no matter how mediocre his teams are.

Durant definitely earned that MVP, he had one of the best seasons of all time. If he can come back from his injury he'll be mentioned along-side those other guys too when it's all said and done.

Not that OP is wrong or said anything not obvious and known.

But Curry is getting some undeserved slack. He has been amazing almost all season. He did catch fire in the second half tonight. The series isn't over.

Lebron will still be the best no matter what happens. But it's not like Curry is under serving of the praise he's gotten.

He and their whole team annoy the **** out of me. But Curry is also unbelievable. Those ****s down the stretch tonight were just crazy threes.

Lebron's numbers were not good for this season. James Harden had better numbers. I'm not saying Harden is a better player...but let's tone it down

I agree with this season, but not the others.
