You can laugh if you want to, you can laugh at the safety dance.

A mildy spontaneous 30 second dance of joy right after the moment... Was expecting to see some ECF Champs night club flyers, or party decorations at Lebron's house or something.

Unless Lebron multiplied himself 12 times, its the whole Heat team celebrating and not just Lebron. Kevin Durant hugging his family with half a minute still on the clock was suspiciously sappy exhibition for camera.

If it was Connor Barwin, JJ Watt, Brian Cushing, David Andersen doing celebratory playoff "string dances" for the Texans, it'd be like "GAWD i LUV this TEEM!1"

Yeah, how dare the Heat do exactly what nearly every other team in every other sport does after winning the game that clinches their appearance in the final series.

I'm not the critic here and don't have a problem with it either way.

They celebrated like crazy on the court, even when time was still running.
Your hate for the Heat is making your guys so blind and sensitive, it's sickening. You think Spoelstra had no similar speech and that they continued to party for hours? Sometimes the people here seem stupid as hell.

The Heat do a small dance like that after every series win. They did it after the Knicks series, after the pacers series, and after the Boston series. They are NOT celebrating early for a finals victory.

Spoestra is terrible coach, he should first fix spacing on offense before saying anything.

I am just as critical as the next guy when it comes to LeBron and the Heat. I had a problem with the way they celebrated after beating the Celtics in the 2nd round last year, and with how immature LeBron and Wade were towards Dirk in the Finals and then celebrating in the corner against the Mavs after Wade hit that crazy three (I believe this triggered the Mavs into kill mode in the Finals last year). But there was nothing wrong with what they did in their locker room after beating the Celtics. Teams in all sports celebrate winning conference championships. This wasn't excessive. Just guys letting loose and having a little fun after winning to move onto the Finals.

That was way too tame for any criticism.

LOL @ Howard dancing alone. Why do old people always have to ruin the party?

I am okay with neg rep points for this comment, but the ones talking crap about Lebron for this dance are a bunch of b****es who do not get laid and are probably mad at people who do.
