That doesn't do anything to support your argument that the wins are meaningless.

    yea okk...

When they destroy in the regular season, it was all lebron

When they were eliminated by the celtics, it was because lebron didn't have HOF supporting cast, so it has nothing to do with him not showing up in the last couple of games.

people should stop acting like lebron had all scrubs on his team last year. That supporting cast was not crappy by any standards. I wasn't hearing people complaining about his teamates when they demolished lakers in the regular season.

Who are are the potential hall of famers on that squad, besides a past his prime Shaq? Mo Williams? Delonte West? Zydrunas? Jamison? LOL None of those guys are on the level of a Kareem, Worthy, McHale, Parish, or even Pippen.

I am no Lebron fan, but I ain't a big Mo Williams fan either.

West is more known for his sex life with Lebron's mom than his basketball skills.

Zydrunas is an old vet, but definitely isn't in the league of a Kareem.

Jamison isn't half the player that Worthy was.

Lebron's running mate West was more known for sleeping with Lebron's mom, than being a good running mate like Pippen.

Williams is a nice PG, but he's no potential hall of fame player.

Because they'll just coast through the season. The only real competition they'll get will practically be once in a blue moon.

Most people are talking about the Cavs as crap without Lebron. They are a projected lottery team. If you think they are a playoff team, what is your eastern conference rankings?

But you still have to play the games. Nothing is guaranteed.

    what da hell?

so you HAVE to have Potential Hall of Famers as your teamates in order to win championships?

yes the squad lebron had was no Worthy or Pippen, but it wasnt a bad supporting cast by any means, or else they wouldnt have demolished the league in the regular season

The supporting cast sucks. Without Lebron, they are a lottery team. You are the only that thinks they are good. Do you think they are 4th best team in the East? 6th? 10th?

Can you even see value in beating opponents you utterly outclass?

If you're going to hold someone up to the same standard as Magic, Jordan and Bird, it makes sense to point out that those guys had Hall of Fame teammates and LeBron did not.

That's a huge stretch. He won ONE game in the Finals without Kareem that year.

Great teams typically do utterly outclass their opponents. That's sort of what makes them great teams.

There are 10 teams in the West and at least 8 teams in the East better than the Cavaliers.

I would put the Cavs at the 19th-30th best team in the league. It's just pathetic.

Lebron has the ability to be great. unfortunately his priority is not basketball. that's why he is in Miami taking the easy/fun way out. There really isnt much to his decision imo. He wants to be a celebrity not a basketball player. maybe he'll regret it when his body fails him or maybe he won't.

who cares. other nba teams just need to focus on making their teams better and in a position to challenge LA and Miami. There's enough talent in the league to have pretty good teams. you beat Miami with good defenders and great role players. hey guess what? that's what we have. please be healthy Yao...

But not by taking away talent from those opponents like what the Heat did to Cleveland and Toronto.

That still doesn't give their wins any more or less value. I don't really get what you're trying to argue here.

Do you mean LA, or are little green men all you think about?

Jordan literally made Pippen in his image. Sure, Pippen had elite talent, but without Jordan whipping him in practice and showing him what being the best truly meant, he would not have become the player we all remember him being. I read both the Jordan Rules and Playing for Keeps, and they both say the same thing. Pippen became great in large part because of Jordan. He elevated Pippen from being an all-star to being an all time great.

LeBron doesn't have the same intensity as Jordan did. He's just a spoiled kid who can't believe he hasn't won yet. You can see it in everything he does. I can accept him leaving Cleveland because that was a ****ty situation in all honesty. However, we all expected him to have some pride and go somewhere where he'd be the man, no questions asked. Instead he meekly 'takes his talents to South Beach' and concedes that he couldn't do it alone. Too bad.

Why does it matter how many HOF's he had? They got beat by an Orlando team with Dwight Howard as the star player. Orlando doesnt have any future HOF's outside of maybe Howard and they STILL beat a 60 win Lebron team. The competition evens out
