I've followed the Knicks since we rocked them in '94, cheered for them in their '99 run, and called NYC my home for many years. they still have a loyal fanbase needless to say. I'm picking Orlando as my 7th team.
i have league pass for time warner cable, and i was under the impression that broadband was free with the cable package? how do i get the broadband?
You go sign up...and tell them you have Time Warner...I usually fax it in......a copy of my bill as proof. DD
i just ended my subscription. they emailed me about automatically renewed contract. i wasn't even planning on it this year. so didn't want to pay the money.
If anyone has any questions in regards to Dish Network. I work for Dish Network and can get you any info you need and how to save you guys some money.
How did you cancel your subscription? I didn't know my last year's subscription would be automatically renewed and I got a LP broadband choice. Now I have two subscriptions show up in my profile, and I have been trying to cancel the one from last year. The link for cancel subscription is not working for me, and it always says server error. I also submitted one of those "Contact Us" notes, but the old subscription is still there. Do I need to call them up to get the subscription canceled?
I got the full LP Broadband package at 5 payments of $29.99. Several things clinched it for me: (1) I can't be limited to just 7 teams. I must be able to watch any game I want. This, by itself, was probably the bottom line for me. (2) The ability to play/pause/rewind LIVE games instead of having to wait until 2-3 (or more) hours after a game ends. (3) Being able to replay any game at any time during the season instead of being limited to 48 hours after the game ends. (4) Being able to choose the home or away announcers. No more listening to Tom Heinson when watching the Celts. He is terrible. I won't be watching as much this year unless I get addicted to the much-improved replay features. Paying so much more than last year is a real downer but at least the product has been upgraded significantly.
I just discovered they have NBA League Pass Broadband for International fans. Can someone who has it update me on any details they don't not mention on the website. For all the games it will cost me $100 or $20 a month. What does everyone think?
We just bought it for Comcast....and NBA TV isn't included? WTF? So do we even get the games that are being shown on NBA TV? That doesn't make any sense at all. Lame.
reasons 2-4 are included in the CHOICE package, but by your rationale you can spend $20 more ($170) and have the cable package with the broadband for free...
For you time warner austin folks... What channel? I signed up this weekend, but I don't see Houston Rockets anywhere, and when I tune to the channel that it says is for League Pass, I get a black screen. Maybe that's for HD? What about us NormalD folks? Different channel? I have to say this whole thing could be more streamlined. I'm concerned now that I'll be missing tonights game, after shelling out money to see it. Nevermind that I can't seem to activate my broadband because it "takes up to 5 business days" to register. Really... I mean, what are they doing, sending notice by courier? I automate my payment, and don't get paper bills... so can't fax it in. Right now... I'm a lil' bent. Hopefully it's just something I'm not understanding/seeing at this point. Any suggestions?
I subscribed to the TV package for Time Warner, but I haven't been able to activate my free Broadband account. It says that my account number isn't recognized as a LP subscriber, when in fact I know it is. Is anyone else having this problem? Has anyone been able to successfully activate their complementary Broadband account?
League Pass Broadband is free for everyone until November 3rd. you can watch at least tonight's game online that way... http://www.nba.com/leaguepass/online.html?cid=nba46
Dam, I want to get LP Broadband so bad but I don't think I have the money for it under my current budget. I hate being a student on a fixed income . I guess I'm going to keep sticking to live stream and chinese channels .
It's free on t.v. until the third, too. I just ordered L.P. from Time Warner in Austin, 169.00/4 months, 42.00 a month. You can get the "early bird" special until the third, also.
Good to know, and same for it being free on TV. I now think it's on 915 in Austin TWC, but since that is listed as MLS pay per view advertising in the guide, I'm not feeling the warm fuzziness yet. No, I haven't activated my LP broadband, as noted before. Same here, it isn't recognizing my number as a subscriber yet.
i just logged in my broadband LP account. i saw an active account and there was a cancellation option. it says that it will be active until 11/2. i didn't call or nothing.
