Mine is in a state of "make crazydave angrier by the day". Still waiting on someone to address the issue and remove the "work in progress" tag from my ticket, in the meantime, they've discontinued live chat online support, and I still can't log in to NBALP BB. Automating things to combat costs is one thing. Not providing support for a product when you're totally dropping the ball? The whole thing is getting laughable. Tomorrow will be the 5th business day that they've had a copy of my bill.... and 3.5 weeks since I gave them money.
Mine LP BB is working OK. I think it is a much improved service compared with the last year's. I noticed some glitches were fixed in this year's version. However, it still lags from time to time. I wish they could use a variable rate like NFL on NBA to adjust with the throughput. I don't mind a 10 to 15 seconds delay.
Yeah, apparently it's going in and out. I got on today a couple of times... but oddly enough still no resolution to my unproblem. "Uh, do you have a ticket?" me: "Yes, #xxx" "Ahhh I see.. Well, it's forwarded to the proper channels, I can't tell you when they'll get back to you though." me: "Uhhh thanks".
Today: "Tickets are taken care in the order submitted . They will get to it when they get to it, and AFTER THAT it may be up to 5 business days" Me: "But I submitted it on the 10th? What could possibly be the holdup?" them: "Sir there only a few people dealing with thousands of tickets" Nice. This is up there with dealing with Airlines and the post office. Amazing. Good thing I bleed Rocket Red and love the game of basketball, otherwise, I'd find another sport to watch and kick this junk to the curb. Amazing.
Thread about dead and gone i see, but figured I should at least state that finally they got things working for me as of last Monday. Nothing worked, and they finally just gave me a coupon code for it. Ridiculous, yes, but it worked. So, it only took about 5-6 weeks from the day I agreed to pay their money for them to get it working. Good times.
They streamed it under the "spurs vs. kings" game... each of the games were shifted over by one for some reason. If you have the 7 team package without the kings or spurs then... sucks
No they didn't offer jack. I talked to them on live chat probably 10 times. finally got to someone's bosses boss and they couldn't figure it out still, so they just gave me a coupon code. Discount? no, guess they figure that part is free for me since it came with regular LP. Still lame, since that was a selling point.
