League Pass, have you ordered it yet?

I live in Tucson at the moment and have to go through cox cable...

Well i called last week and after much time on the phone they come to tell me that they will not begin to offer nba league pass till early November *after* the season begins.

so... im basically jipped out of the first chunk of games

 

I just ordered mine, got the 20 dollar discount, can't wait till the season starts

 

Anybody order it yet with Dish Network. I just contacted them and they said they don't know anything about it.

 

Just called them and they said they are in contract negotiations with LP and won't have it until they are done

 

This is a bit suspicious. Why would we have the free preview then? Rhetorical unless somebody actually knows the answer. What I do know is that not every sales person is going to know what League Pass is.

 

"Check back here next season to order NBA League Pass."

This was on Dish Network's League Pass page. One has to ask when exactly did this get posted to their web.

I just called again and they gave the same old BS that they are negotiating contracts and no cable/satellite provider is offering it yet. I told her I'm looking at NBA.com right now and they say order now and get 20 dollars off. I basically rose hell in that minute I was talking to the idiot CS rep and she ended up taking 20 bucks off my next statement.

If nothing else, just call and claim your free 20 dollars.

 

I sent an e-mail to whoever would listen at NBA.com. I wrote that as much as I would like LP, I'm not switching to Direct Tv to get it if that is what's going down. Their programming packages sucks!! I would hate to think that LP is going to go the way of NFL sunday ticket.

All the lady said is when they finally finished negotiating that I would get the $20 bucks off the package.

what's the meanning of Timer Warner and league pass word

 

ARGH WTF? i still cant order it through Dish Network i tried calling right now and they said they are going through "negotiations" still.

anyone know what the deal is, they said that no cable, dish or telco provider is able to sell it but it looks like some people here were able to order through time warner already.


this is annoy me since the season starts next week, i know we'll get the first week for free but what happens afterwards if this isnt resolved?

any other dish network customers here have any luck?

 

Ordered mine this past weekend, asked to pay for it in full, I'm sure they'll screw it up somehow

 

Directv has it and has already charged me for the first payment.

 

I thought DirecTV had online activation?

I can't find it anywhere on the website, so maybe I do have to fax it in.

 

Yeah I don't get a paper bill from Directv and I did all my activation online last year. It was actually a fairly simple process of logging into both and then hitting a link I believe.

 

Just switched back to Time Warner from ATT UVerse due to Uverse not offering League Pass. I'll be switching back to Uverse when they get it though as it's way way better.

 

I saw a promotion on nba.com yesterday for League Pass Broadband only. It isn't availablt yet. I can't find the link right now, but I'll post it as soon as I do. I think it would be great for those who don't want to purchase the total $179 LP.
