The perceived flopping and exaggerated reaction to fouls are what most people cite. ...and being connected to the Kardashians. Kris Humphries also got the same treatment
meh. They somehow took that quote as a slight against LeBron and Popovich who do take some nights off, when in reality Harden was just talking about himself. Stupid segment, but I wouldn't put too much stock into it.
Those are the opinions that matter and have influence. It bothers me when clowns like the ones on SportsNation don't show Harden any respect because they always sound so dumb, but Harden still has the respect of former and present NBA players.

Michelle Beadle is literally one of the most annoying people on TV right now. She brings absolutely nothing of substance to any show she happens to be on.
I usually roll my eyes at the whole media conspiracy thing, but that segment was just blatant hating.
Ok, they basically made one point that why players may need a rest. If anything, they are the ones being lazy. First, Harden didn't say anything about any other players. His statement was about himself. Second, on the flip side, even if their point is valid, what about other factors against player resting: the fans who paid for the tickets, the other teams in the hunt with that opposing team that benefited from the resting, the overall integrity of NBA as a whole. In the end, they are just opinionated TV personnel and I wouldn't get too upset about their lazy arguments. Put it all in perspective, Harden has won over Kareem, Fraizer, Byron Scott, and let's not put much stock in what those two had to say.
damn....i guess there is a media conspiracy. It's one thing not mentioning a quote like that,,, but they chose to turn it around and eviscerate it. I thought I was watching an in-depth Presidential debate analysis, and they were criticizing boilerplate answers like the performers have hacked the questions and prepared their answers, if not ordered the media to toss them certain questions.
marcellus sounds silly when he picks apart harden's quote, but his logic for picking MVP is rock-solid, and it's so frustrating that beadle and the other guy don't seem to understand it.
