Who is the cup-holding 11-yr-old with no secondary sexual characteristics that people keep posting in this thread, and why do I care?

I like Pei Wei but it seems like every dish tastes exactly the same. You can almost close your eyes and point at the menu and you'll get the same thing you had last time.

It's still pretty good though. Cheap and fast - like my women.

Count me as another Pei Wei hater.

Something about their rice is just unappealing to me.

As for Taco Bell, I imagine that it is somewhere between 30-20% beef, with the rest being mostly corn.

A friend of mine mentioned this at trivia last night. I immediately grabbed his arm and said, "**** Taco Bell... what about the .99 cent tacos at Jack in the Snatch??"

i think pei wei is solid. You can't tell me Thai Dynamite tastes like any of the other signature dishes. Though they do have terrible brown rice.

I can't remember the last time I ate there. Probably 10 years ago...I gave up on fast food but damn Taco bell tacos were TASTY! I used to get teased that I was eating horse meat.

Kam would be able to tell you.

Yeah, it does have sort of a dough-like texture or something. But they give you SO much!

I should have clarified - all the chicken dishes taste the same. I do love their lettuce wraps though.

As far as Toxic Hell (Taco Bell) goes, I lived on that crap in college. Now that I'm older and wiser, I will still pick up a few bean burritos y meximelts on occasion. Just not 3 times a week like in college...

Exactly. It's too fluffy, if that makes any sense. I don't like "chewy" rice.

And I don't like an ass load of it, either.

Burger King has FAR healthier options than PF Changs. PF Changs is not healthy at all.

The plot thickens, (and apparently, so does the meat content.) Honestly, if Taco Bell is correct on their 88% claim, they need to bankrupt the law firm that brought this allegation in the first place.

Sure P F Chang's entrees have a lot of calories, but most people can split an entree. For example, if I order the Sichuan Beef, I can easily make 2-3 meals out of it. Their calorie counter shows it as 990 calories, so I am ingesting less than 400 calories per serving.

That's exactly what we do. We do it family style and split the entrees. Order 1 entree for every 2-3 people.

lai lai >>>> pei wei and panda express
    HUGE PORTIONS.. good prices..

And who cares that taco bell is not 100% beef. It is basically beef, oats, and seasoning so what is wrong with that??

Most people don't "split" the entrees, per se.

They all order one and the mean is equivalent.
