Here's what happened....apparently someone stole about 800 files from the dealership without them knowing that contained credit info, SS#'s etc. The files were found during a random HPD drug raid of a crackhouse in Houston. There is a now a class action lawsuit from the 800 people that had their information compromised against the dealership. They are seeking around $500,000 a piece. This has been going on for a very long time, but finally became official wednesday. The dealership (Ray) is probably going to file for bankruptcy to protect themselves against the claim.
