Does Wisconsin have the death penalty? It needs to be that or life in prison.

Dumb kid. Life is over before it even started and he won't even realize it until he's in the clink for a few months and it dawns on him that the daily beatings and rapings will never stop.

It's self-siloing news. People love it! It's great!

Makes me think of a weed dealer I used to buy from in Austin years ago. Dude's occupation was drug dealer which was kind of a first for me. Usually I get people that maybe buy an oz or two around Austin while still working a full time job. Your hairstylists at Birds and Finleys are reliable hookups if looking for a source. It's more of a side hustle to smoke for free for them than it is a full time occupation, but this one guy was different. It was his occupation. He actually sold coke to the wife of Williamson County Chief of Police, and she was a huge b**** about the timeliness of the arrival of her drugs. He always had interesting stories despite being a huge piece of **** himself. But that's not the point of this share. The point is the crowd he hung around.

One dude that was basically a walking bum would crash at his place sometimes. He'd drop liquid acid in the homeless eyes around Austin giving them crazy trips far more than necessary to have a good trip. He actually relished on giving people too much of a specific drug just so they would have a bad trip. Was a mantra of his that you learn more from bad trips than good ones. Total ****ing psycho. He temporarily relocated to Colorado and proceeded to drop acid at his new apartment and freaked out, resulting in neighbors calling the cops, who sent in SWAT to his apartment. They busted in, he apprehended a cop, throwing the cop down a flight of stairs breaking his collarbone, grabbed his shotgun, screamed at the top of his lungs that he was going to kill him and his entire family, and here's the kicker... was safely apprehended by SWAT and taken into custody. Long haired hippy white dude.

He actually got out and is probably on an ankle monitor roaming around parks near Dessau and Walnut Creek high af as I type this. I don't get his story personally. He's either 21 jump street undercover bro dude or is one of the most well connected failures at life that has deep political connections with law enforcement on a national level.

The same drug dealer was also buddies with a black dude that was also a full time drug dealer. He actually sold crack and spent a year in jail for a single rock in his possession in Austin. Not a saint either, but he actually dealt with the consequences of his actions and openly expressed his disdain that his fellow friend got away with threatening to murder a LEO's family and roams free. That's why I personally laugh over people that bring up crime statistics. I know way too many white dude's that have been busted around Austin with small possessions of weed or coke and more than qualifying for at least a DUI only to have the officer that pulls them over take the pipe that's found in their vehicle, break it and instead charge them for ticket-able offense that won't show up on their record permanently. I also know black and hispanic dude's caught in the exact same situation that receive the full extent of punishment from the law. Law may be blind to color, but the people that enforce are not.

Yall need to temper your expectations that this kid is going to be sent up the river.

Depending on the outcome of the investigation into the events that preceded the shootings, if he has any sort of legitimate legal counsel he will likely be fine.

    If this were Florida :-(
his lawyer will argue self-defense, the case will stand or fall on the testimony of witnesses who saw the initial confrontation. The prosecution will argue premeditation, reckless endangerment and present his social media as evidence of intent. Lawyers?

From the videos, he is retreating from being chased by an aggressor. Hard to see what happens when the first shots are fired. Once he killed the first person, he stayed on the scene and was on the phone, reportedly with 911, until a crowd formed and he left. Understandably because they were likely to assault him, which they did.

In the second encounter, he's shown running away towards the police line. When he stumbled, he was kicked and hit with a skateboard before returning fire.

A lawyer would argue he tried to retreat in both encounters and it could be self defense.

This is certainly an interesting and tragic incident. This has boiled up from the police incompetence and brutality. Rioters are wrongly burning down their community and police aren't stopping them. Militias are forming to protect property and have finally fired a fatal shot. We'll see how this plays out. It's all sorts of messed up.

He was being charged at by the first guy and already had stuff thrown at him. What I don’t get is these rioters feeling that emboldened to charge at someone armed. I saw a video clip on tacticalshit of the first guy killed who said “shoot me n-word” at the militia folks earlier in the day

The militia ppl and the rioters obviously are gonna clash. The rioters already attacked armed police and may have felt emboldened to attack armed militias until pow pow happens ..

And does the fact that he travelled to this city, crossed state lines, as a minor, to join a protest, as an armed citizen, okay any part or prejudice his trial?

Because he said the alt right movement he helped to spur on is over. Biden's group immediately denounced any support he pledges.

People from Cali are fleeing to the most liberal cities in Texas, that also tend to be pretty liberal from a national perspective.

None of this really has anything to do with anything. Neither does the comment you quoted though.

U do know they’re fleeing to liberal Austin or Democratic run Houston right? U think they’re fleeing to Harlingen and Waco? People fleeing from Cali doesn’t help your point at all.
