That makes alot of sense. Great comparsion. Landry=swift with work ethic and basketball IQ.

Landry comparison to swift is terrible -

That's like comparing a Porsche Boxster to a Ford Escort.

Now Landry Amare Stoudamire comparisons, that's more like it. :D

It wasn't a straight landry = swift statement, if you read it correctly.

And comparing a rookie who we haven't really seen his potential yet to a multiple All-Star player is homerism at it's best.

My statement is more realistic and true, yours is the homer in you wanting Landry to achieve Amare's success.

Not that there's anything wrong with that, we all want that for Landry.

Any word if Landry is playing tonight? The concern was how he'd respond the day after playing a game. If his knee swelled up again, as has been happening, then I guess he won't play.

    Not a shot blocker, though.

Any word on his knee today; he could be the difference again tonight?

Swift was/is just as good of a jumpshooter as Landry is so far (but I expect Landry to continue to improve). That much is hardly even debatable.

That said, Landry reminds me more of a poor man's Amare than of Swift.
