I liked him in the natl title game 2 years ago. Think he can be great role player if he can stay healthy. I'd roll the dice at 25

The 7'3 Tavares seldom gets a touch in the post, averaging a sample-low .5 possessions per-game on the block, but he ranks among the top-3 most efficient scorers on rolls to the rim and put backs. Unlike some of the players on this list, Tavares was already being asked to do essentially the same things he would in the NBA a year ago. He doesn't try to do too much one-on-one or away from the basket, as his role revolves around his ability to use his size to rebound the ball and finish the shots created for him by others inside. Tavares is not a glamorous prospect, but he has showed improvement throughout the year in his ability to contribute as a roleplayer in the ACB, and this study doesn't even start to analyze the contributions he's expected to make as a rim-protector or rebounder, which are arguably his biggest strengths. That Tavares kids looks like a physical freak of a specimen, but I'm not impressed with his basketball ability at all.

If Orlando really did offer the 4, 12, and Afflalo for the #1, and the Cavs are still debating... can we force them to sell the team and move them to Seattle under new management?
That's a sweet offer. Especially since it would free them up to move Afflalo to other teams inquiring after him OR to move Waiters. It's essentially three lottery picks for the #1. Unless some team offers up an All Star, they're not likely to get a better offer. And it tells me something: Wiggins is highly sought-after. And/or the dropoff after the 3rd pick or so is steep enough that no one wants to be left on the outside looking in.
It's a good offer, but Cleveland should say no. Trading the #1 pick in the best draft in a long time would be the definition of stupidity.

If the Cavs have serious reservations about Joel Embiid's health, then there is legitimate reason to be apprehensive about that trade offer (as good as it sounds). Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker and (maybe) Dante Exum are a cut above the other (healthy) draft prospects. If the Cavs feel that one of those guys is a potential franchise player and that there will not be a franchise player available at #4, then it is not stupid to reject that trade offer.
