Fallon is a brilliant sketch writer, that much is undisputable. His delivery is extremely awkward though. Some people find it endearing. Most people find it annoying. I don't mind it so much, except during his monologues.
I like Kimmel's monologue, Conan's sense of humor and interview, and Fallon's sketches. The "History of Rap" with Timberlake was classic: <embed src="http://cdn.springboard.gorillanation.com/storage/xplayer/yo033.swf" type="application/x-shockwave-flash" width="518" height="457" swliveconnect="true" allowfullscreen="true" wmode="transparent" flashvars="file=http://www.redbalcony.com/media/sconfig.php?vid=27541&width=518&height=457&pid=rb001&autostart=false&allowscriptaccess=always&usefullscreen=true"></embed>
Fallon's show is good as long as Jimmy stays in his lane. He is best when they are heavy on taped pieces and sketches. I also like that he plays a game with his audience every night. He is good at interacting with his audience one on one.
That was great! Thanks for posting. I really like Fallon's show for the most part. I got started on it with his attempt at the Saved By The Bell reunion. Watch it every now and then since.
