They dont have Yao Ming in the line up for the fourth quarter. Just wait till he's back. We'll be fine ;)

You should watch the Pacers game and then comment. That was a failure in the Rick Adelman offense.

Problem is that team ball broke down in the final minute...but also that the team can't execute in the 4th qtr without t-mac or artest...and if those guys are off it's game over.

    Ball movement wasn't good either.

I actually don't agree with you on this one. i thought t-mac looked noticably faster and could definitely shake his defenders and get to the basket. He just have to finish the plays or get the calls. I'd give him a game or 2 more to get there.

Either Adelman is "clueless" about endgame strategy, OR his players can't or won't execute his plan. At the end of close games, the Rockets do the dumbest things with the wrong people on the floor. Need a three pointer, why not put the players with the lowest three point shooting percentages?! Yeah, that will work. This is not the only time this has happened.

Does Ron Artest for Stojakovic work?? i think Stojakovic would be a perfect fit in our system and Artest would give the Hornets a off the ball scorer on tha wing that dey need..soo??

You are 100% right. When you combine Yao, Artest, and McGrady you have a very slow predictable offense. One of the guys has to go and it is not Yao.

The root(s) of the problem and TSlack, Testy and Airballston. They think they are great scorers but they aren't.

Wow, you saw him shake defenders?

I saw an old slow man who dribbled in place and couldn't get by scrub wings.

You must be talking about our other 2 guard, Von Wafer. That couldn't be the "walks-on-water" TMac!

Wafer blows by people like they are driving a scooter in the fast lane of a freeway.

The team is better and more efficient with Von Wafer on the floor, right now.

Bring Tmac off the bench until he proves he is going to play hard, and hustle on D, and has recaptured his speed.

He is just as slow as Yao......and that is disgusting for a 29 year old wing.

all of the above is partially true...

But you have to lend something to the fact that our rotation has been screwed since the season started... and when it comes time to win a game, with a rotation that is still not what it should be, they find it hard to know exactly how to win the game. Yes, Artest and McGrady have a tougher time fitting in the motion offense. I agree, but I also think it's too soon to say that "We have to trade one or else".

We should have won, but it didn't surprise me that we didn't. They played well at the end, and we looked a bit lost. When the bench was in playing well in the 2nd and third, that was great, but they aren't going to win with that lineup in a close one. So then rafer and artest and tmac are in there, and the lineup is struggling to score.. people look confused... so they revert. Each one trying to win it on his own. Rafer and artest hit bricks, McGrady looked like he had a flash of some old stuff. Is it good for him to feel he needs to win it for the team? Probably not, but nothing else was working at that point.

Maybe it's RA's fault, but I really think he was hoping he could get rafer, tmac, and artest some minutes together and see if they could pull it off. It didn't happen. You win some, you lose some. Live and learn. One game at a time. These are the salad days, as they were, and e'er the 'tween shall meet. And if a frog had wings, he wouldn't bump his arse a' hoppin'.

    They'll get better. Have faith.
