Last year's roster would have dribbled this game away when Memphis turned up the pressure.

Why bash tmac? Its yao who played below par in the first three games. How can you expect TMAC to play that well when our so called franchise player sucks in his first three games? Franchise players need to perform even if its first game or last game of the season. Dont give me that crap that hes injured, its only the first game of the season blah blah blah. Lebron, Kobe, TD, KG, Melo, Sheed, AI, Shaq, Francis, AK 47, Amare, Dirk heck even the likes of Antawn, Finley, Wade, Boozer they all played much much better than our 7'6 stiff in their first game. Tremendous pressure is on yao right now. A 18 and 10 would be respectable. But below that, he sucks. Hes not a rookie anymore. Its sad becoz at the end of the season, emeka may post better numbers than yao.

One thing i agree with is the fact that all 3 games have been played with a sub par Yao...if it's the injury then he needs to sit and rest it until he is fully ready to play. No need to risk anything.

If we have Yao playing like he should then with what T-Mac is doing on his own. We should be just fine. That is what i am seeing right now.

T-Mac is getting into a better rythm and it's just time for Yao to step up to his normal level.
