I've been pretty hard on McHale, but I think you bring up a great point. Not because he took Lin out or left him in, but how he subbed him in and out per offensive/defensive possession. That's good coaching there aka playing matchups.

I hope he stays consistent with this approach.

 

we have a group of young players and we have a young head coach in experience wise. all are learning. all made, are making, and will make mistakes. i am ok with mistakes as long as they learn from those mistakes.

the problem is here, on this board. when a mistake is made by any one of them (players and coach), someone only fans won't allow others to critisize and deny it in a blind manner. on the other side, someone only haters start name calling, trashing whoever makes mistakes to the death, and blame someone only fans for their revenging behavior. this is the most annoying problem we have on this board.
