What up yall? I have 50-100 to spend on the lady of 5+ years and another 50-100 for tonight's dinner, which I plan to make myself. Any ideas on activities, gifts etc for this capitalistic (I'm a good way) holiday? My lady isn't too picky, and requested no crowded events/restaurants. We are both in our 20s.
A coworker just told me that Crave Cupcakes puts up a tent outside. You get 4 red velvet cupcakes and a card. She said they always have supply, and it's very quick.
What kind of stuff does she like? Is she active? Does she like the outdoors, crafts, music? I would buy her some kind of thing she can experience. Like concert tickets, or rock climbing classes, or a painting class. You can just buy it online (Groupon or whatever) and print it out and give it to her. Also if you haven't bought her flowers ... buy her flowers ... and wherever you buy don't buy them from Ava's Flowers.
I didn't plan ahead and got some stupid Pandora bracelet charm, because I'm pretty sure she has one of those bracelets.
Gift: Apple TV (not a "romantic" gift, but you can watch netflix and movies together on the TV). I got my gf this a few months back and she freaking loves it. Dinner: Comedy Club. If you're in Houston, the Improv has pretty decent food and you won't feel too crowded. Also, you'll get some good laughs and it won't feel like a cheesy V-day dinner.
