This is going to be a tough game. At Staples, the Lakers riding huge momentum...and I actually think they are playing better team ball without Kobe. Dwight and Pau are getting more touches..they're going abuse Asik and whoever-at-PF like Scola did to us tonight. Their is also the ref factor, with the Lakers getting egregious FT advantages lately. Stern would love an OKC vs Harden 1st vs 8th seed match up and a resurgent Lakers vs an injured Spurs 2nd vs 7th seed match up.

Their is also the slight chance we can still get the 6th seed..assuming we win and GS lose to the Blazers on Wednesday.

We'd also keep the 7th seed even with a loss if GS loses correct?

lifelong laker hater so it hurts to say this but we probably would want utah to lose to grizzlies so the lakers lock up #8, so it wont be a must win for them

Lakers fans and Warriors fans are laughing because they don't have to play OKC.

No. GS would still have a better record. We'd be 8th.

So both Rockets and GS need to win..so we keep the 7th seed?

No. GS has already locked up at worst a 7th seed. If we lose, the series between the Rockets and Lakers is tied 2-2. After head to head, it's conference record which the Lakers have us beat. We drop to 8th seed with a loss, regardless if GS wins or loses.

Rockets Tanked; they want no part of Denver. Spurs or bust. It was a long shot to get out of the first round anyway. We have a chance against the spurs since 1.Rockets are younger, 2. NBA hates the Spurs.

    Doesn't matter.

This team is not going anywhere with Harden playing like garbage.

Tell the truth, even Harden plays well, Rox may only win 1 or 2 games, at most, against OKC, Spurs or Denver because this team don't play defense and defense is key in the playoffs.

Note: Harden is really subpar in the second half the season.

The Warriors will be playing a Portland team who's tanking for ping pong balls. If Utah beats Memphis, this could potentially be an elimination game for LA. Potentially huge game! Can't wait!

Well ****... I'd rather hedge my **** towards San Antone. They're our best case scenario.

They still would want to bump up to face the Spurs instead of the Thunder, so it'll basically be a must win regardless

There's a difference between playing like garbage and having your knee banged up and still playing. Smh

LOL how? Rockets were NEVER going to get out of the first round. No biting involved; it was all about match-ups. Rockets are in the dance already; no chance we fall out. I wont say "i aint even mad" but I'm definitely aiight.
