Could this be a repeat of his experience as a college player? The criticism of him coming out was that he plateaued as a player and coasted on his laurels.

Chase is a better off ball player. With any combination of Brooks, Martin, Scola, and Yao on the floor I think he will be fine.

James White, Joey Dorsey, Garrett Temple, Mike Conroy... solid players, good defenders. Current team does not play defense, it's terrible.

Chase & Jermaine are not defending, Smith is a highway, and Hill is a soft PF playing out of position. We don't have a backup center with true size, and our wing backups are mediocre.

Raptors intensity is currently eating alive our offense, bad job by the PGs. Terrible performance.

I see Chase more as a Brent Barry potential.

Not able to watch today, so I don't know what's happening. But E Turner was just on 610 at halftime of the game and seems very discouraged with Hill. "we're not sure when the lights gonna go on" We would like to see him be more aggressive" Turner let out more than most probably would have on the negative. I know it's early but Hill doesn't look the part thus far

I'm going to call conspiracy theory. Morey is working a trade involving one of these guys. Having them look so horrible live might give the other team cold feet.

I purchased the damn NBA Summer League Broadband thing and it doesn't seem to work (tried in Safari and Chrome). Possible that it only works on IE?

He's on the roster already, since the Hilton Armstrong era ended.

It's not hills fault. he has never been a defensive presence and that's what we are asking him to do. It is disrupting his offensive game. Not to mention Dorsey and Alibi are eating his lunch. Dorsey is eating his dinner too.

Hill absolutely must strengthen his lower half and he has to learn how to box out. He reaches over people to get rebounds and Dorsey just knocks him out of the block when he tries that.

I won't gloat and say I told you so because I understand the dilemna with Dorsey. His problem was never raw physical talent. It was brains and a wild hair he couldn't control. Still we could use someone like him without the crazy streak. Hill is a project and Dorsey is a force.
