OH no it isn't....JR got tons of wide open looks, he just missed.

Taylor was a fouling out of control player, just awful (In this game)

Jermaine was terrible and outside of the first couple of games he got worse as the SL went on.....

He looks very Rio Grandish to me.

only knock as Friedman said nobody except for Chase seems to knock down long ranged shots

Friedman is a great writer but he works for the team, he will not be giving you the dirt.

Watch the game, see for yourself.....it was not pretty for JT, Maarty, or Pat Pat.

didn't get to see the game. i concede
from +- everybodys stats look pretty fine with double digits in that department
patt didnt score but seemed to have a fair rebounding game with 10 and
    Jordan with a double double
Ish played his best game shootingwise and was solid
maybe JTs game is not so graceful but he gets it done more than not
Opponent had him figured out so more defenders on him

worst I have seen so far was the Blazers game. That was horrible but as you figured they ran out of gas.

can't dominate every game. People are hard on guys but those second year players did not play as much as a Tyreke Evans, Jennings, Curry or Collison.

and there are always late bloomers. patience is gold.

I agree, not a lot you can get out of the summer league, some guys are playing harder than others, some are more skilled.

So, I try to look for what can translate to the NBA game.....

And honestly, Jermaine did OK, but most of the stuff he did decently in the Summer league doesn't translate over other than his rebounding.

His passing was not good, his shooting was meh, he attacked the basket well off the dribble but that won't work in the NBA, he is just not that good off the dribble.

He looks like a DLeague + player at this point he has one more year to prove himself...IMO.

I missed this game. It looks like the Nuggets's tallest player to make it on the court was 6-7.

Chase, JT and Hill were all very inconsistent this last week. We shouldn't make much out of it either way, good or bad.

How will they play off of Yao, Brooks and Scola and Martin, is what matters.

Taylor, Hill and CBud will be MUCH better with the looks they will receive from double teams.

Patterson will be a stud before too long...

I think Hill needs to be more aggressive. I get pissed off when guards don't feed him the ball down low when he is open or is in a mismatch.

Johnson is a bulldog and Patterson has shown that he has the potential to be better than Landry.

How do you guys think that this info translates to to nba and what do you think about the comparison between JHILL and PATPATs production?

Also Jermain Taylor was top ten in point totals for the summer leauge...and of the top ten he was in the top 5 of FG%...thats saying alot when Centers like Cousins were in that group...whp typically have higher FG%

I think that is a very important stat because there were alot of high draft picks from this year and last as well as pro starts like JR Smith.

No didn't meet Chuck and said hi to the Pattersons.. that's about it :)

Though I was walking out of the gym when I hear "Hey, Chuck Hayes" and I turned back to see who it was... Carl Landry. :) I said hi Carl and asked how he was... but since I was standing in the way of other people trying to get out that was all I got to do. He was there for his brother's game (after the Rockets) and had a girl who I guess is his girlfriend and another guy I didn't recognize with him.

But I saw a lot of people I recognized, ex-players, coaches, GMs... it was cool. I'm not like Yoyo, I don't do well talking to people first. :)
