Typical clutchfans b****es laughing about anplayer getting hurt . The idea that if a player has one injury he is injury prone is absurd . I don't care that the injury held him out the entire year , it was a major injury . When did we become so classless and so insistent on being " right" that we laugh and joke about one of our own getting hurt . Well, assholes , he's back in the game .
So, what was the point of having Beasley here? I mean, he's shooting every damn ball he's touching without even try to make one pass...wtf...
Dekker is at his best by far in transition. He certainly settled down in the half court, after the first few minutes, but still a work in progress. It's not entirely clear to me exactly what his half court niche will he. But on the break he is a ready NBA player pretty unequivocally.
He said he wanted to work on the new offense. He was going to be working out in the gym by himself all summer so he thought this would be an advantage. Beasley will be fine. He is a pro, I like his attitude from what he use to be.
Same ol Beasley and KJ. At least I have some hope for KJ . Beasley can do some nice things but the bottom line on him is if his shot is off ... He's a huge negative . His rebounding is OK . Defense is OK one on one and abyssmal team wise . Passing nonexistent . KJ is like a younger and worse version of Corey Brewer .
Are we watching the same game? KJ looked pretty bad. I expected him to be ahead of most players on the court. You can tell Beasley is working on his own game, he did well in the first quarter and just chilled the rest of the game. KJ is nothing like what he was suppose to be when he was on the Sixers.
My guess is Beasley is out there to try and show the coaches he's not the lazy entitled pot head he was early in his career. He wants to show the coaches that he wants to be on the team and will put in extra effort.
