    Ollie -

I've never heard or seen the Imperial Palace! I end that sentence with an exclamamtion because I walked up and down the strip several times and never saw this hotel. Of course this doesn't matter too much. You're just sleeping there. You can spend as much time as you want at the other hotel/casinos.

I went almost all day without eating when I was there just so that I could gorge at the buffets. Therefore I was able to spend the day soaking in the atmosphere and pig-out for dinner at the best buffet (MGM) in town.

I'm a college student like yourself and was able to have an awesome time without spending a fortune. It helped a lot that I'm not a big gambler, of course.

If you're looking for the energetic women go to the Hard Rock. Before I went, I heard that this was the place to go if looking for the younger women. True.

Uh, yeah, losing money does suck.

Who really goes to Vegas thinking they'll return with more money than they went with?

I'm definitely with you on the buffets!! The MGM buffet was awesome!!

In your opinions, where is the best place to play Blackjack? I'm mostly interested in conserving my money and drinking for free...

My wife and I played Blackjack at Paris and each won about $150.00 over a couple of hours. It is the only time I can remember that we each won a decent amount of money at the same table.

O'Sheas Looks like a hole in the wall kind of across the street from Ceasars, and just past Harras if your coming from the Mirage/Treasure Island. It' not a Resort type casino, and it's not a dive...but cash is cash.

$3 minimum on the BJ tables, and you can ask for doubles...or triples on your drinks....still no charge. The more sauced you are the more money they think they get.

    BEST BUFFET:
Rio Hotel and Casino- They have absolutely EVERYTHING to choose from....not to mention the fact that it tastes good.

    BEST HOTEL for 20-somethings:
Hard Rock - If you like GOOD looking women come here....they are all over the place....and the pool is like a tropical beach. Downside....casino is small, hotel isnt that impressive, location is HORRIBLE

    BEST DANCE CLUB/BAR:
Rum Jungle at Mandalay Bay. Absolutely incredible scenery...the place and the clientele.

    BEST CASINO:
CEASERS.....is there any doubt about this one?

    BEST VIEW:
Voodoo Room at the Rio......gives you a panoramic view of the strip....close second would be Stratosphere, but it only lets you see the strip from the North

    NICEST ROOMS:
IF you have the jack stay at the venetian. The rooms are 700 SQ FT (most hotel rooms are 450 sq. ft) they even have a phone in the can so you can order breakfast while you are dropping bombs!!

    BEST STAGE SHOW:
"O" at Bellagio.....BEST $120 I have ever spent in my life....well worth the price....cant even put into words...
