To the defense of the worriers, "out for the rest of the season" is covered by "minimum of 2 games." However, hakuna matata
um it's a MINIMUM, not maximum. he could end up missing many more games than just 2. more news will come out tomorrow and they could be worse.
after what happened to tracy and yao, it's better to think for the worst. tracy was initially thought to miss just 2-3 games and ended up missing 11-12 for the knee. yao was thought to just have bone spurs and it ended up being a stress fracture.
Missing a minum of 2 games.....in the heat of the race.......tests,tests,and more tests......I sure hope he's OK...but I fear the scope.
Carl Landry is much quicker and faster at attacking the basket and create open position to receive pass from Tmac...that's why he's a much better player i think than Chuck Hayes.
I've thought this too. to magnify things, landry takes a lot of hard fouls. he's excellent finishing with contact but that only creates more impact when he lands and some plays he even end up on his back. it's part of the price you pay for playing with no fear. he's a rook with very little mileage on his body but you hope his body holds up. then again in the 80s 90s, everyone going to the hole got abused like that so it'll probably be alright
Yep. Shorter season. The championship series, in fact, has already been decided. Yi Jianlian's team won in their first year withou thim. Ewing Theory.
Hmm...I guess I just assumed that guys who play overseas live overseas too. Catching on to other teams year round and whatnot. I mean, even if he were out of season, he'd be hard pressed to make it to Houston for a game on a day's notice.
It appears that Carl Landry injured his right knee, not left, so it is the same knee he injured in college. Chron article got it wrong earlier.
rockets = superman injuries = kryptonite other teams in the league = lex luther kryptonite may weaken superman, but superman will always beat lex luther
