I saw it, was alright, thought the ending was pretty dumb, but still some gory parts, its what i expected from a zombie movie.

This is, IMO, the absolute best info on zombies I've yet to come across in my career. Recommended reading to all..

Well he didn't do a very good job of "advancing" them. All the sudden, one of them was just smart for some unknown reason. He cared about the other zombies(wtf). Other zombies followed him for no real reason(wtf). They could communicate(wtf). It's just too much of a leap with nothing really behind it.

I don't mind showing that zombies can be smart(even though that's kinda getting away from what zombies are ... ) but it just wasn't well done. It was done a hell of a lot better in day of the dead if that's what you're going for.

I dunno. I think that they lead into it decently with the boss zombie. Like, in the beginning of the movie they had him pumping gas, which i assume that he did in his normal life. This, for me, demonstrated that the zombies were able to recall their previous life, as if they were repeating the motions. Thus, this would imply that they are capable of forming a though process rather than just lusting for brains.

I dunno. My first Romero flick. I thought it was okay but I was expecting something else.
