The Ball Boy circus must be avoided at all costs.

So, the NBA Draft is slated for Nov 18. Almost 2 months away still, I still think LaMelo goes #1.

0 reason for minny to draft him when they already have DLo. Anthony Edwards is exactly the type of player they're missing right now and fits right in next to him. and if GS keeps the #2 pick wiseman would be a gift for them. The athletic big that can shoot which they've been missing for a long time.

His shooting numbers are so unbelievably awful, I'm having a hard time understanding why he's getting ranked so high. I get that he has the size, good ball-handling, and passing, but have a hard time seeing the potential if he's can't score effeciently worth a lick.

Edwards shooting is also shaky but still better then what Lamelo has shown, and at least he has the elite athleticism as well.

The bust potential for Edwards and Ball is scary IMO. I'd be much more relaxed with a later pick in this draft then the top 2. Guys like Wiseman, Hayes, Smith, Okongwu, Nesmth, Vassell, Haliburton have all shown a lot more substance along with the potential.

Cuz they believe he's the best player in the draft....regardless of need/position

No matter what you think of him..generally you always pick best player available regardless of position that high in the draft

that's not true at all. entirely dependent on the team and theres no rule you go bpa. that's a terrible way of actually building a team that fits. he isn't even the bpa so that can be thrown out the window easily

DLo could easily slide over to the 2 guard spot, and let LaMelo run point. Minny could also just trade their pick away from a top player supposedly. Either way, I think LaMelo/Wiseman/Edwards will be the draft order for top 3.

There's been some times picking need instead of bpa backfired....bowie over Jordan, Oden over KD, and most recently Ayton and Bagley over Luka

doesn't really have anything to do with the actual present and what minny actual needs and is looking for next to DLo and KAT

I heard from insider Supes from the Hawksquack forum that Deni Avdija might be #2 with Warriors if Lamelo is taken #1. Wiseman is supposedly dropping with Okongwu moving up the draftboards
