Hey its just natural. Adleman has turned this team into a better version of the KINGS. They had all time great battles with the Lakers......and the refs. I am afraid that will happen this year in the playoffs as well. If you are playing the Lakers are the Celtics you will have to beat the teams and the refs because The NBA desperately needs that FINALS to draw back fans. YIKES!!!!! That being said we are alot better than people give us credit for. We can play with anyone. Go ROCKETS!!!!

 

Yeah, if the Lakers dont bring their A game in defense, and just try to outscore us, I think we have a fair chance to upset them.

 

I know this thread is three pages old, as well as fuel for a game 4 days down the line, but Kobe didn't say a thing about breaking the streak.

I watched the entire Lakers/Raptors game, and during a timeout, Kobe was interviewed and actually said that the Lakers don't care about another teams winning streak. it serves as no motivation to beat a team any more than they would already prepare to play any other team.


WHICH IS EXACTLY HOW WE SHOULD PREPARE. WE DONT NEED TO WORRY ABOUT THE LAKERS RIGHT NOW. WE HAVE TWO TEAMS TO PREPARE FOR

why would you want incorrect information that was never said by Kobe Bryant in the first place? there's a problem with putting quotation marks around a phrase when the person never said it.

the Lakers have been VERY beatable lately. they are holding on to beat teams like the Raptors, splitting games with the Blazers and Kings, etc...
