For real, what an idiot...all he had to do was block it lightly to Ron Artest..instead he blocks it as hard as he can all the way out to Gallinari for the 3. I guess he didn't learn that art from Hakeem.
Their defense is terrible and their offense consistes of watching old-ass Kobe iso-ball. Not a recipe for success.
You're being too hard on him. It's just a typical rookie mistake. Dwight will learn how to control the shots he blocks by his second or third year, I guarantee.

Mike Bresnahan @Mike_Bresnahan Dwight Howard has torn labrum in his right shoulder, is out at least a week. Pau Gasol has a concussion, is out at least two games. #Lakers
So the Lakers are seriously looking at 15-21. Both the Rox and Spurs should run them into the ground and attack the rim at will and OKC's margin of victory will be determined by how much they focus. Delicious!

If they fail to make the playoffs they will go down as the most talent ridden/failure team of all time. I haven't been keeping up with other teams as much and when I saw the Lakers roster for the first time a month ago I thought it was just ridiculous. Everybody on their is a legit first or second option.
I thought it would snow in Houston in July before I'd ever say this: Right now, the Lakers are my 2nd favorite NBA storyline behind the Rockets. Too good to be true. Part of me wants Dwight to be out for a while to puncture their season, but the drama would mostly end. Nothing beats the water-drip slow-torture going on now. I want them to twist and turn for 50 more games.
If Kobe shoots 40 shots when Dwight and Pau are in the game, how many will he shoot when they are out?
I don't want him hurt. If this season is going to be a massive failure for them I don't want folks pointing to injuries.
