Really so tell me why the Rockets organization has looked for better options than Brooks if he is so incredible. Why do so many Rockets fans appear to be unhappy with Brooks? Sorry my friend Brooks isn't the answer, and maybe Yue isn't either but I'd like to see him get a shot. Not everyday you get the chance at a skilled 6'8 true point guard with good all around skills.

Sun Yue could be worth a shot. We could give him a non guaranteed contract or 10 day contract and see how he does in the preseason. It sure wouldn't hurt anything since this is may be a throw away year anyway. I do remember reading about Kobe being impressed by Sun Yue when he first got drafted. Best case scenario he becomes a chuck hayes-like acquisition and becomes a part of the rotation. Worse case scenario we waive him, or let his 10 day contract expire.

Here is what I think: Sun Yue doesn't belong in the NBA. Aaron Brooks does. Does THAT makes sense to you? Any team needing a 4th string PG should sign up Sun Yue right away because he fits the bill. After all, he filled that role perfectly on the NBA champions Lakers who have a wealth of talent at that position in front of him (NOT!).
