that was during the first half. by late 3rd Q, the Lakers finally had them figured out, and put the clamp on the Queens. hard to believe, but this was the first time these two WC teams faced each other this season. The Lakers played badly, until they had the Queens figured out. It took the Lakers about 3 Q to figure out the Queens. in Q4, the Lakers D were dictating the tempo of the game---no running (by the Queens) allowed. The Lakers' ability to adapt to game situations was exposed albeit it took them 3 Quarters to do it.
