I saw Waters on Dark Side of The Moon tour before the Obama election. He had to make it all political by dropping "Vote for Obama" leaflets everywhere. I did not care for that. The show was good but just not the same without Gilmour even though his guitarist was damn good. I'd rather see the Gilmour version just because I'm a guitar player.

That was pathetic. The Grammys itself is becoming increasingly irrelevant but if they're going to attempt to provide entertainment these mashups have got to go. Pregoncye was cool though.
I heard it ended well. I had to turn it off as soon as I saw James's microphone wasn't working. I was ticked off when he actually tried it a second time and it wasn't working. That was the final straw for me. But, I heard he went over to share with Gaga. But, damage done in my book before that and I turned it off faster than if I was watching the Rockets get their asses handed to them by the Heat (coincidentally, I never even turned that game on once I saw we were down ten with 2 minutes left in the fourth quarter).
Hip hop-lite Black Eyed Peas SB show was MEDIOCRE if not weak. Figured their upbeat electro style would fit good, but past a couple cool lighting effects it was like regular bathroom break filler. And I'm VERY supportive of the SB shows, I hate gripey music snobs. The music doesnt hurt you no matter your grumbling. Still its the only show I can remember that I didnt enjoy. Coulda set hip hop acts back from being booked lol
