I followed the link from the National Review to Votefromisrael.org and I'll be damned if they have a link to their poll or even any information showing that they conducted this poll. I'm sure Mr. Gross from the NR has an explanation for this oversight.

Those results wouldn't be surprising at all. Most Israelis support McCain, I believe. The perception is that Obama will be less one-sided in his support of Israel over Palestine. It stands to reason that most Americans residing in Israel would support McCain. I'm not sure why this should be viewed as a problem for Obama.

 

T_J thinks its important because he doesn't understand the typical American Jewish voter. I belong to the largest Jewish congregation in Houston and the vast majority of people that I've talked to are voting Obama. It will still be a 3:1 ratio for Obama.

Here's the voter breakdown based on the 3 main branches of judaism for you to better understand T_J:

Orthodox Jews: Mostly Support McCain. Most Israeli Jews are orthodox or at least attend orthodox synogauges in the US.
Conservative Jews: Mostly Support Obama. This is the branch that I belong to.
Reform Jews: The most "liberal" group of jews who will mostly support Obama.

There are more conservative and reform jews in the U.S.

Emanu El is a reform Temple. While Beth Israel is huge, Beth Yeshurun is the largest. I couldn't tell you the largest Orthodox shul in town, but I promise you it isn't 1/10th the size of the largest Conservative or Reform synogauge/temple.

I would be ignorant to say that Obama would get more jewish votes than Hilary (she prob would have gotten some of the Orthodox vote and around 85% of all jewish votes), but Obama connects more with us (we're minorities for Pete Chilcutt's sake) than McCain.

 

If by zero, you mean ~$450,000k given by a group chaired by John McCain, then you are correct.
