Decent points but the history of charging and sentencing in this country is what it is As I stated .. . . . .we'll see if they ever publish the names etc Which they probably won't Rocket River
They almost certainly won't publish her name because she's a minor, but they might publish her parents names. Either way, going by the numbers, there's like 1 white person that attends that school so I guess it's possible that this girl was that one white person, but odds are you were wrong and pushing a false narrative.
I have no narrative Just a theory based on a history of preferential treatment based on class, race and economic status Rocket River
You're probably wrong on this one. We don't know who the girl was, but her school, Sal Castro Middle School, is 91% hispanic, and only 0.2% white (I think that is literally one white student, lol). It is also a poor school, with 91% eligible for the free lunch program. And, it is a below average school on student performance. Chances are pretty good this girl is not really advantaged in any way that would make people in power want to cut her any breaks. Probably the discharge was accidental since the cops say so. It's still pretty problematic that she brought a gun to school.
Maybe However there is little history of brown students catching such a break In a world where 'Dreamers' who served in the military and did tours in warzones are being shown the door .. . . .. it is a little surprising if she were brown. Rocket River
Again, that's "woe is me" nonsense. The man is not out to get you or anyone else. Your narrative that she had to be white because the shooting was ruled an accident was baseless. Not only is the girl almost certainly not white, she's almost certainly incredibly poor. Your divisive rhetoric doesn't do anyone any good.
